  • Evaluate what plans and services best suit your company and employees.

MARKETING/ANALYSIS

  • Gather data to present to insurance companies for quotes (census data, current coverage type, current rates, claims experience, medical condition, etc.).
  • Submit quote request to various companies with plans to accommodate your company’s needs.
  • Analyze the quotes received and negotiate with the insurance companies on your behalf.
  • Provide easy-to-understand breakdown of the options and meet with you to discuss our recommendations.

IMPLEMENTATION

  • Assist in the completion of all required enrollment packet materials.
  • Submit the enrollment packet to the chosen insurance company.
  • Provide updates throughout the underwriting process.
  • Assist in cancelling your prior coverage.

ONGOING SUPPORT

  • Aid your plan administrator with employees’ questions or problems regarding administration and plan service.
  • Be available to you for day-to-day employer and employee concerns regarding your benefit plan.
  • Remain an ongoing resource to you regarding COBRA, State Continuation, HIPAA, etc.
  • Continue to monitor your plan throughout the year as well as at annual renewal.
