- Work closely with you to determine the insurance needs of your business.
- Evaluate what plans and services best suit your company and employees.
MARKETING/ANALYSIS
- Gather data to present to insurance companies for quotes (census data, current coverage type, current rates, claims experience, medical condition, etc.).
- Submit quote request to various companies with plans to accommodate your company’s needs.
- Analyze the quotes received and negotiate with the insurance companies on your behalf.
- Provide easy-to-understand breakdown of the options and meet with you to discuss our recommendations.
IMPLEMENTATION
- Assist in the completion of all required enrollment packet materials.
- Submit the enrollment packet to the chosen insurance company.
- Provide updates throughout the underwriting process.
- Assist in cancelling your prior coverage.
ONGOING SUPPORT
- Aid your plan administrator with employees’ questions or problems regarding administration and plan service.
- Be available to you for day-to-day employer and employee concerns regarding your benefit plan.
- Remain an ongoing resource to you regarding COBRA, State Continuation, HIPAA, etc.
- Continue to monitor your plan throughout the year as well as at annual renewal.
